My name is Barbara and I’m a custom hand calligrapher located just outside New York City in beautiful Morris County, New Jersey.
My journey began when I signed up for three-day course. I had always wanted to learn calligraphy and when I found a course nearby I couldn’t wait to learn. From the moment I sat down, I knew this was for me. I loved everything about it - the earthy scent of the ink, the sound of the nib making its way across the paper, the way creating shapes and putting them together created letters. It was so elegant and beautiful.
I still love sitting down to create hand-lettered pieces for my clients. Let’s chat about your upcoming events and how custom calligraphy can enhance them.
